I really do believe in this product! When I can't walk 'cause my knees hurt, or when there is pain in my shoulder, I rub this on. When I have pain in my knees at night, I rub this on before I go to bed. This product allows the swelling in my knee to relax and rest. This product isn't a cure, but it makes it feel a whole lot better!
