About the Author
For the last 25 years, Mel Goebel has been telling the story about his journey to freedom in prisons and jails throughout the United States. A former staff member of Prison Fellowship, Mel and his wife Jane now minister through Prison Impact Ministries in their hometown of Monument, Colorado.
Nancy Scudder Caine is a 20-year veteran newspaper writer and editor. She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.
