Part of a five-book series, this compilation from Reader's Digest consists of four main sections, each detailing various types of unsolved ancient mysteries, such as the lost continent of Atlantis, the Pyramids of Egypt, and less famous relics such as a pre-Indo-European "labyrinth" story that turned up in pagan religions all over Europe. This is definitely worth buying for anyone interested in these topics. Also check out the remainder of the series.

I just finished this book today. Fascinating stuff! Some of the items are old hat for me, but I did learn quite a lot from this book. If you are interested in unexplained phenomena, I highly recommend this book as a great place to start or review.
