Having really liked Joy's first release "Angeltown", I eagerly picked up this album. While not bad, I would recommend listening to this before buying it, if you liked "Angeltown".

Joy Eden Harrison is a terrific, creative singer/guitarist. I heard her live on Cape Cod, where she gave a concert. She is like a little kid and a mysterious woman, rolled into one. She has a great imagination. Her songs have echoes of Billy Holliday, modern jazz, eecummings, and folk music. She truly is unique, and you will love her style. She is also a beautiful, warm and friendly person. Joy deserves to be famous, like Jewel and Ani. Give her funny, atmospheric songs a try!
