Hitler's Forgotten Children: A True Story of the Lebensborn Program and One Woman's Search for Her Real Identity by Ingrid von Oelhafen
"Hitler's Forgotten Children" by Ingrid von Oelhafen
The Lebensborn program abducted as many as half a million children from across Europe. Format: Paperback
As an artist (recently diagnosed with) who has experienced personally the profound, benign and challenging effects of Asperger's I found the book a page-turner, fascinating, gripping and enlightening.. I have no doubt from my personal experience that almost all the suggestions within are true. It is a strange and still-mysterious 'condition' which should be better understood and this book contributes considerably to that understanding, both for those with the condition and those attempting to understand them..
As someone with the condition I found it particularly helpful and recommend it.
