This book is actually 2 in 1. I absolutely love books like this because I feel like I get more bang for my buck. It's been a while since I've had the time to read a shifter romance and I have missed them!! For whatever reason (probably my kitty ways) I love shifter stories more than anything else. I love the idea of being able to shift into something else at any given moment.
The first book in this set is Stolen Temptation. In a post apocalyptic world human now have the ability to shift and in this world you are either hunter or the hunted. Delilah is a thief and a damn good one at that. She's been hired to steal a priceless ruby from Hunter. Little did she know she would get caught. Hunter is livid that someone would dare try to steal his possessions. Then he realizes the thief is also his mate. After convincing her to stay with him for a week in exchange for not being turned in he hopes to work her out of his system. I absolutely loved both of these characters. Each has their own past that has led them to not trust easily. I always love seeing characters fight the attraction. The fight always makes the ending that much sweeter. There is a good chunk of action in this one. The sex is awesome and the passion between the two is undeniable.
Deadly Temptation is next and now we get to learn more about Delilah's sister Lorelei. She owns a techno brothel named Tail. I mean seriously that right there tells you that she must be awesome!! :) Pierce is a police officer that keeps telling himself he shouldn't want Lorelei but he does. He also wants Nolan, a shifter with his own secret who works in the brothel. Lorelei wants them both but makes it a point not to mix business with pleasure.... Read more ›

I just started reading books by Kate Douglas. I enjoyed reading her novels and short stories, I found that like the shapeshifters saga and look forward to reading more about them. And also other co authors other short stories are good too.
