2.0 out of 5 stars Beyonce's vocals are great but...., February 14, 2008
This review is from: Until The End Of Time (MP3 Download)
I'll admit I am big Beyonce fan and somewhat of a Justin fan but this remix, yes REMIX is terrible. Now, While Beyonce's Vocals are great and on point, Justin's remain the same as his original which for me, throws me off since they called it a "Duet". My opinion : if it was really a duet, Justin's vocals would be new, also. So, it's more of a remix than a duet. I Think if Justin had new vocals for the song, it would be more enjoyable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Timbering Talent, May 22, 2011

Justin Timberlake's talents are unavoidable. He is everywhere, and he is extremely talented. I had heard of him from his N'Sync during commercials, ads, etc. Then I saw him on tabloids as I waited in grocery stores' register counters (it had something to do with a girl named Britney.) Then I saw him in a movie I really liked, the Social Network. I actually thought he had stolen that show. Then I saw him dance and sing with Jimmy Fallon (both were great, by the way.) Then I saw him in last night's Saturday Night Live, where his performance was without question Emmy-worthy. His vocals for Jazz in his SNL performance reiterates the brilliance of this MP3 here. I think he should host next year's Oscars.

1.0 out of 5 stars Beyonce Ruins a Perfectly Good Song, March 6, 2008
This review is from: Until The End Of Time (MP3 Download)
First off, what is the point of this "duet?" Because from my viewpoint it is at best a vehicle for Beyonce, and a god-awful one at that. How bad is this song? In the original version, where the song was treated like art, not a marketing tool, Justin Timberlake gave his best vocal performance yet with a 5-star croon. Here, with the shoving of Timberlake, and the addition of Beyonce, she sounds more like the cat whose tail has just been stepped on. To put it mildly, Beyonce is a horrible singer here, and she ruins a perfectly good song. Also, it's not a "duet," but rather, insert Beyonce over the original track, nothing more, nothing less.

Overall, please don't buy this pathetic excuse for a song. It's one of the flat-out worst quality of song in 2007, Period.
