Still waiting for this book to be published.
Amazon.com lists the publiction date as November 2005.
So, Kris, where is it, please?

Reading the reviews here I'm wondering that it has been announced for years? German and GB Amazon have published the releasing date for November 2009 for more than a year now. So maybe they are the ones who know it for sure ...? I just hope Kris also knows about it. German Amazon even already has the price. Anyway it will be priceless. I can't wait reading it. So Kris, please hurry up just a little bit for making the book the nicest Christmas present in ... 2009!

I have also been waiting for this book since November. Such excitement when I saw it was to be published so my husband ordered it for me for Christmas. I'm not sure which Christmas! Hope it's delivered soon! Jill Devon England
