Nice bonus tracks,

This album includes the 12 songs from the American release, plus others. The album marks a progression from Britney's first album, but still has many of those unmistakable features. The chunky R&B beat as on "Baby One More Time" features on almost every track. Now for the bonus tracks, "Girl In My Mirror" is especially good, and is on all the releases of the album except the US one, for some reason! It's mid tempo and is quite beautiful. It has Britney soul searching about the girl in the mirror (herself) being sad etc (similar in style to the song "Lucky"). The song "You Got It All" is standard Britney fare, "Heart" is a ballad and has some very nice strings. So all in all, the bonus tracks are very good, they sit with the others well. Also, they are part of the album without just being stuck on at the end. So if you're a Britney fan this one is definitely worth getting for the extra songs.

Are The Bonus Tracks Worth The Extra Money?,

Britney Spears new album, "Oops!...I Did It Again" was recently released worldwide. The U.S. edition had 12 songs, the UK had 13, and Japenese and Austrailian versions had 15! But are the three tracks worth it? I'll review them for you-Girl In The Mirror- (5/5) A very sad, soul- searching song about Britney not truly being in touch with herself. Very good! Heart- (5/5) Another great track! Also sad, but it has a more uplifting message. It reminds me of "From The Bottom of My Broken Heart." You've Got It All- (4/5) A good song, but it was recorded in 1997. Why is it on her new cd? It really doesn't go with the rest of the album. Resembles "I Will Be There." Seeing that I gave all the other tracks (with the exception of "Dear Diary") a 5/5, this album is a must buy! Two 4's, and thirteen 5's? The best cd I've heard for a long time!

This CD Brings A Whole New Side Of Britney I Think Most People Were Waiting For. This CD Is Generally More Mature And Has Alot Of Great New Sounds, From The R & B Influenced Track, "Don't Go Knocking On My Door", To The Smooth Seductive Tracks Like "Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know" And "When Your Eyes Say It". The Best Song On The Import CD Is "Girl In The Mirror". It's A 50000/10 Stars. It's Absolutely Beautiful.

Is this Import worth it.?,

I think this CD is a cool cd even though it's a bit different from her first one...the only good songs are, Oops...I Did It Again, Don't Go Knocking On My Door, What You See Is What You Get, and Lucky. The good songs from this import is Heart, You Got It All and Girl In The Mirrior even though it sounds like it should be on her first CD. Another song of Britney's that i think should be on her album is I'm So Curious which is on one of her singles. If anything i think you should by this CD!

See I saw all of these depressing reviews, but decided to form my own opinion. This cd is really good and I am a Britney fan and I know for a fact that Britney wrote one song (Dear Diary) and played a huge part in writing the other songs. But to all you others the cd was great the three tracks were great and if you like this you should buy the baby one more time import.

She has a great voice and all but i just keep skip those tracks that didn't make sense. The only ones that got my attention was "oops...", "dont let me..." and "Lucky". The entire cd should have brought more energy, more up beat...something like *N Sync's! But then again i dont want her ever to put a cd just like *N Sync's No String Attached, because i dont want her to have the #1 spot on the Billboards. Only *N Sync should have the #1 spot! HE HE HE! No offense, Broccoli!

What a piece of...unimpressive work!,

Take a look at the inside cover and look at the publishing companies. Its nice to see that Britney has no more of a creative bone in her body than to wear what the company tells her to and sing what they tell her to. She did not write one song! Like BSB and Nsync there is no creativity anymore. What makes things worse was the fact that she lipsyncs in concert. What is the entertainment world coming to? I would second guess this purchase. Definately not worth 2X the price for 3 extra songs. They're not that great. Even if someone else did write them. |
