UNTOLD STORIES OF COLUMBINE.....A GREAT BUY, August 15, 2000
This review is from: Untold Stories of Columbine [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I purchased this video about 2 months ago. I thought that Mr. Scott did an exellent job in telling the essence of his daughter Rachel Scott's story. He under a very close time to this tragedy began to tell his daughter's christian story. I thought that this video was awe inspiring. It has encouraged me, my faith, as well as several people at my church who I have let borrow it. Yes Columbine was a terrible thing. But what Darrell Scott was trying to and did effectively is tell the story that thousands of teens and adults alike have been touched spiritually through Rachel, and the other young people who died at Columbine. I only can hope to someday have as much spiritual wisdom that Rachel was given by God It's about time we take the issue of our youth seriously in our society. We are losing them to all kinds of evil in today's society. I commend the Scott family for their personal sacrifice of privacy in their time of grief to tell of their daughter's story to inspire others to carry on the torch of faith that Rachel and the others dropped that day at school. God bless you Darrell and all the Scott family.

A Father's Love, A Daughters Faith, August 15, 2000
This review is from: Untold Stories of Columbine [VHS] (VHS Tape)
After you see this video, you will really know Rachel Joy Scott and her father Darrell. You'll know what is possible when a youth dedicates her life to Jesus Christ. You'll know how a senseless tragedy can lead to an incredible change in the lives of so many people. You'll be led to examine your own life, and if you're a parent, how your life has affected your child's life. Then how a young teen's story has affected everyone who hears it, or even hears of it. You'll cry as Darrell Scott selflessly bares his soul and the souls of his family. You'll be uplifted, most of all, and want to share this with everyone you know. And after seeing this video, you'll hit your knees that night and thank Jesus for His mercy in your life.

A Truly Moving Glimpse Of The Life And Death Of Rachel Scott, December 7, 2001
This review is from: Untold Stories of Columbine [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I first saw this video at a youth group outreach and I must say, there was not a dry eye in the house! It moved me deeply and I have not been the same since watching it. In this video, Darrell Scott (Rachel's father) discusses Rachel's life and shows us brief excerpts from her private journals. If you have read the moving book, Rachel's Tears, you will already be familiar with alot of what Darrell discusses on the video. The video also includes excerpts from Rachel's funeral as broadcast on CNN, which are also very moving, yet encouraging as we hear from her family and friends about the brief, yet inspiring life of this young lady who was incredibly passionate about living her life for God. By the end of this video, you will be motivated to take a stand for Jesus and to pick up the torch!
