Running narrative not so much verse by verse but subjects and lessons. Very easy to read and follow. Good job on the seven churches. Discussed actual historical setting; and then their place in church history; and then how to apply the verses in day to day life. If you already have books in your library on Revelation I would recommend adding this one to it. This is not a dry book; I would especially recommend it to someone who may be doing a first study in Revelation. You can use this book either to study or just sit down and read it through. If you already have a number of books on Revelation in your library, I would recommend adding this book.

Late in the 1950's was the first time I led a group study for 13 months on the Book of Revelation using only the Bible. Just recently I was asked to teach this important and timely Book of Revelation and have been leading such a study for a few months. Keith Harris has written the best book for these times. His book is excellent guidance, with significant detail, though the Book of Revelation. He makes it easy to understand the importance of learning the Bible for all Christians. The biblical coiverage in his book is just great. It is certainly an excellent helpmake for those who want to read and study the Book of Revelation.

I studied the Book of Revelation many years ago, and knew quite a lot about the events described in it, but Mr. Harris gives an expanded explanation of many things my former Bible teacher never covered. I recommend this book to anyone who believes the Book of Revelation is a closed book and hard to understand. There is a special blessing to anyone to studies and keeps the words in this book as well.
