As and independent I, too have bush bashed and must say I have new found respect for him, yes he is a horrible speaker but he cares more about doing what he believes in his heart to be right than what is popular at the time. Book isn't preachy and as an african american it must really bother the rev. that no fellow african americans give pres. Bush credit for appointing more minorities and actually doing more than Bill Clinton (who they love) has done for them. The press is the main reason for this, I live in New York and every day we read something negative about the president and now that I think about I can't remember reading anything negative about Hillary Clinton and Bill when he was president except for his affairs--nothing about policy. I am kind of ashamed that I am just waking up to these truths, not just because of this book but just look at the Hillary-Obama race. Now that the press loves Obama, Bill and Hillary are showing their colors in complaining about it when they have gotten the press pass for how many years now. Have you ever heard President Bush complain about his bad press? NO, because he really believes in himself. Winston Churchill was one of the greatest world leaders and was so unpopular he lost re-election. History proved Churchill to be outstanding and I can't believe I am saying this but considering everything Pres. Bush has been through, he will also be in high regards.

The Bible says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge"

Our nation is being destroyed because of our lack of knowledge.

Read this book and Perryman's Unfounded Loyalty.
Get some knowledge people!!!
