Ok stories, but not one for my keeper shelf,
By
This review is from: Unwrap Me (Paperback)
#1 Unwrap Me by Susan Lyons was my favorite story of the trio. Jude is anti-Chrstmas, Nick is crazy for the holiday. He sneaks a Christmas theme in their time together and it was fun seeing how he would stick to the theme without her catching on. Fun story, four stars.
#2 Naughty Noelle by Melissa MacNeal was my least favorite. I found Andy crass, annoying and not the least bit sexy. The whole "crazy stalker ex" drama came in way too late for it to work in a short and it just didn't feel sexy to me. I'll give it two stars, just because I did read it all, even if some of it was skimming pages. #3 All She Craves for Christmas by Melissa Randall read too much like 'Naughty Noelle' for me to really enjoy it. There was a simular theme.. older woman, younger man, younger man's crazy stalker ex... and with it placed right after a twin plotline, it just didn't work for me. Poor choice on the editor's part. Even so, average read, three stars. In all, the book is OK, but I'm not running out to find more from any of the authors.

Unwrap Something Great for Christmas,

No one writes sexy and smart like Susan Lyons. I'm not a big erotic reader but Susan bridges between genres, giving me the story and characters making it much sexier. Her writing is always sharp and funny and the guys are STEAMING. Unknown to Nick, a hot firefighter, he delivers himself as a secret Santa gift to Jude. I love the banter between them and the growth of Jude and Nick as people. Buy this book and give it to your girlfriends for a fun present. You'll love it and so will they. No one ever gave me a hot firefighter as a secret Santa gift... I must be in the wrong gift exchanges!

Three hot stories,

Naughty Noelle by Melissa MacNeal
Being nice is so boring, that's why Noelle decides to try out the naughty side of life. There is no better partner in crime than the much younger but so attractive Andy. Naughty Noelle is a nice story, where the sparks between Noelle and Andy are flying from the moment they first met. Unwrap me by Susan Lyons Jude really hates Christmas till she meets Nicholas, who absolutely loves it. Can you imagine what she will do when she gets a very special Secret Santa gift? Ms. Lyons' story is my personal favourite story in this anthology. This story really turns up the heat and you just love it. It makes you want to get your own Secret Santa, so you will know what you will add to your wish list this year. All She Craves For Christmas by Melissa Randall In the past she was Dylan's babysitter, but when Anita meets him now, her feelings for him are completely different. The sweet boy became a charming man who is to die for, but can she overcome her worries about the age difference? This was my first story by Ms. Randall, but definitely not the last. She has a wonderful storytelling voice, that draws the readers into the story and absolutely captivates and their interest. Three wonderful stories by three terrific authors in a book that will turn up the heat on a cold winter evening. It's the perfect book to snuggle up on the couch with a hot chocolate to enjoy the book. Courtesy of Loveromances and more

Hot enough to melt ice,

Unwrap Me is a trifecta of erotic perfection. The first of the anthology is the title work by Susan Lyons. The second story is Naughty Noelle by Melissa MacNeal. The third, and my personal favorite, is All She Craves For Christmas by Melissa Randall. This last one will make your bedroom a steambath. Most erotica is from the male perspective, but in these gems, the women writers express a sexuality which rivals the most daring of male-dominant erotic literature. Plus, this work has the advantage and distinction of actually having a plot, and recognizable, intriguing characters who are well-developed along with a new look at the Christmas holidays.
Lyons and MacNeal are skilled and provovative writers and are great warmups for Randall's closing offering. Naughty Melissa Randall has crafted a genre masterpiece with sexuality so intense it singes the pages. Randall has a distinctive voice which manages to sing lyrically throughout her passages. Look for her books in the future. All She Craves For Christmas is sunsuality at its best. My wife said it was quite an aphrodisiac and I can attest to her statement. Better than candlelight, champagne and roses. Bring it on, Melissa!!

three erotic Yuletide romances,
This review is from: Unwrap Me (Paperback)
"Naughty Noelle" by Melissa MacNeal. Noelle is tired of nice so she wants to try naughty; her new neighbor Andy is the present she wants for the twelve days of Christmas and more.
"Unwrap Me" by Susan Lyons. Everyone considers Jude as a female Grinch, but her bah humbug attitude changes when her Secret Santa present arrives to ignite her fire. "All She Craves for Christmas" by Melissa Randall. Former model Anita hires Dylan to renovate her home, but upon meeting the hunk she knows what she craves for Christmas. These three erotic Yuletide romances are hot and entertaining. Although the plots are candy cane thin, fans will enjoy unwrapping the three presents as Santa or the Magi never delivered these gifts.
