Bought this for the low price and size of the screen with an HDMI input.

First monitor we received had terrible back light problem. Contacted manufacturer as per sellers instructions and they confirmed it was bad. Shipped back bad one and ordered another and we actually got in next day (kudos)

Cons: Flimsy construction. Bezel is real thin plastic and you should use caution when moving this unit.
Stand has a single screw holding it in place , is rather flimsy, is not adjustable in any way and the bottom bezel edge is 2.5 inches above the desktop surface.
Back light bleed through is still present but acceptable on the replacement unit.
New manufacturer ( I mean re-seller/brander) unknown reliability.
Pros: Size, cost, HDMI input. 1080P res. Picture is nice.

I bought an Upstar monitor in October 2013. Is is exhibiting streaking and screen artifacts. Upon RMA attempt, I asked for an advance RMA because the monitor no longer had a box, and it was still somewhat operational, just very annoying. This is also in a doctors office setting and an advance business replacement was requested. Upstar refused to honor warranty and refused advance replacement even with deposit.

I have purchased a number of these monitors now. Probably somewhere north of 30. The price was really good and the picture quality is the best I have seen outside of the really expensive monitors ($300 and up). I really recommend this monitor if you can still find them.
