I'm another one who forked out the extra $ for Ultimate. As long as my options are either a clean install or paying $220 for an upgrade to 7 Ultimate, I'm sticking with what I've got. Vista isn't that annoying.

That would be something, considering there are only 32 bit and 64 bit options available (no 24 bit)!
