Risedale is perfect if you are looking for a more stylish lifting solution and don't need a recline function. It is especially useful in smaller spaces, since it is compact, and you can put it right up against a wall. Only the seat lifts, there is no recline function. Lifts users up to 300 lb. Weighs only 64 lb. Easy to use. Custom height-adjustable legs (1.5"). Perfect for smaller rooms. Folds and ships a UPS box.

Bought this for our mother, who is a assisted care living facility.
Everyone comments on the "beautiful" chair. It is a bargain for the money.
The color & fabric are exceptional. One thing, when you sit in it -- it is a little stiff, so if you are expecting a soft seat this chair is not for you. Otherwise, we are very pleased.
