Tim's big sister Tina goes to real school and she is learning to read. Tim is stuck in play school, where all he learns is tumbling. He wants to read too and he tries to catch up to Tina by sitting across from her while she practices her reading. As Tina sounds out each word, Tim follows tong from the opposite side of the table. Soon, they're both reading -- but Tim does it upside down. Children who are ready to read will identify with this lighthearted story of sibling competition, pleasantly tempered by affection.
