This reading is very straight forward, easy to read and understand. I would recommend this book to anyone that is serious about making an impact in their community of service. The writers ideas, recommendations and warnings are of great value to anyone that is participating in the building up of God's kingdom and caring for his people.

I have searched several book stores for this book. I was very happy to find it on amazon. com. Two years ago I used a loaner, from a friend, but now I find I need this book so I feel I should buy my own.
