This whimsical corkscrew was the perfect favor for all of the moms at our Mothers'day celebration. Besides adding to the table decor, they look great on the counter of most kitchens and bars. Functionally they work well and are always at hand. My only objection is that the pot at the base looks somewhat cheesy. I solved the problem by sitting them in new clay pots just slightly larger than the base and now they all look great. Also had difficulty because one could only purchase 3...friends ordered them too so that I could collect the 10 that I needed for the event. It does add permanent cheer to my kitchen.

I bought two of these to give away as birthday or christmas gifts. I gave one to my mom and she said she likes it. I tried it once at her house and seemed to work good. She mainly just has it sitting on her kitchen countertop for looks. It's a little cheap feeling but seems to do the trick.

This is the most adorable accessory I have ever seen. I had so many people wanting this that I am sure I prompted quite a few orders on Amazon for these. I have it next to my wine rack and it is one of my favorite buys so far.

I bought this item for my roommate as a Christmas present, and I must say it is the cutest thing ever. I have considered buying one for myself!

I purchased the Tulip Corkscrew as a gift for my Mom, but then, after receiving it, I decided to keep it for myself. I love it. I keep the corkscrew on the counter when guests come over, and get so many compliments on it. It's so EASY and fun to use!! In fact, I will be purchasing more as Christmas gifts. The tulip corkscrew is a very nice, well-made product. It looks great sitting on the counter and works well. Additionally, the company Urban Trend provides excellent, personal customer support. When my corkscrew arrived one part was missing. I contacted the company and they quickly sent an entire replacement corkscrew. Great customer support!

It looks pretty cute but I have had difficult times to open a bottle of wine with this tool.
Not sure if i got a broken unit. Probably I'm too stupid to use this opener.
However, I haven't had a problem with any traditional wine openers before.

The handle is not comfy in your hand while you have to apply the pressure to the cork.
Also, it's very difficult to remove the cork out off its screw because the stem part is blocking the way out. (Picture posted)

We got this as a "Black Friday" deal, and I'm sorry I wasted my money. Yes, it looks kitschy in the pictures, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but it's even cheaper feeling and looking than I could have ever imagined. I feel like I got taken by a late night chia pet infomercial! We were going for the "fun" aspect of it, thinking that it would be a cool party corkscrew, but it's just that awful. It's not even that easy to use compared to the rabbit or any ordinary wine key, so I know that I'll never use it. And it doesn't simply lift out of the base. You have to fiddle with the stem and pry it back.

I suppose if you are in college and your walls are decorated with unframed posters, this might be right up your alley. But if you are even slightly beyond that, this isn't for you. I plan to plant it in the garbage and hope it doesn't grow!
