This mug was featured in a magazine..."a perfect father's day gift for a techi-dad". I rushed to my computer, ordered it, and waited b/c it was out of stock (apparently, I was not the only one reading the magazine article)! What a disappointment. The instructions are awful, they forgot to enclose the software, and no where in the listing does it mention that the USB in NOT included, but you can order for an additional $25.
Just printed my return label, completely disappointed, and in search of a new gift for my son to give daddy. Please think twice before spending $30 on this item.

I wasn't as impressed with the product as I had hoped. I was disappointed that it did not come with the USB cable needed to charge the frame. It also came with poor instructions. What was the $30 spent on? If it came with the USB cord and better instructions I would consider recommending this item but as is I would not recommend this item.

VERY upset that I had to purchase an additional $25 cable to upload the pictures! I also spent hours resizing my pictures to get them down to 1MB because nowhere do they tell you that the software that comes on the frame does this for you. Sturdy, great coffee mug and decent picture quality on the frame, just a little dark.

Great gift for someone that has a job where they're always on the go- not at a desk all day. Got this for my husband and he keeps the frame on his desk and only occasionally uses the mug. I would have been better off just buying him a digital photo frame.

I too was very disappointed that there was no USB cable and particularly annoyed that the product desctiption did not mention this or that it would cost $25 to get one!! That makes it definitely not good value. It's going back to Amazon asap.

...unless you like software headaches. Software is called "DPF Mate" and apparently it installs automatically (XP only). It sort of does, then it disappears. - never to be seen again. The hardware is apparently recognized as a CD drive and the driver "functions normally" yet nothing functions as it should. In otherwords, an instant software install and funtioning device turns into a two-hour software and hardware wild goose chase. Never got it to work... Note: I did not purchase it from Amazon, but it's the same thing...

Worst product ever. Waste of money. I bought it on amazon and it's already in the trash. The picture quality is terrible, it is a pain to upload pictures, the plastic outer case is made of cheap plastic, and the mug leaks! It sounds like a really cool product/idea, but it needs a lot of work before I would buy another. The Digi-Mug is definitely not worth the money.

I ordered 2 of these as gifts and loaded the images on them before giving them. It is easy to setup and use. The built in software quickly and easily rotates and crops pictures as you wish and downloads them to the mug. Great product. Great for anyone on the go!

I bought this mug for my husband so he can download photos of our new baby and see them at work. We love the mug. We did not have to buy an additional cable the one from our digital camera worked fine so no additional purchase required :)

I bought this as a father's day gift for my husband last year. We still use it but only as a portable coffee mug. Were never able to upload the pictures because it does not come with the appropriate accesories.
The detachable screen (for cleaning) is somewhere in my house but not on the mug....

The digital frame part of this coffee mug makes it top heavy. Plus it has a really slick surface and no handle therefore ours has been dropped a time or two. It now just sits in the garage on my husbands work bench gathering dust and grime.
