Product Description

Retro Camera Plus includes five cameras, five sets of vintage vignetting, and film scratch and cross processing effects for that off-the-hip analog look. Inspired by the old Lomo, Holga, Polaroid, Diana and toy cameras whose iconic styles became history, these cameras are included:

Easy sharing options
Easy sharing options
The Bärbel

An East German classic, naturally faded with a scratched film and medium vignetting, the perfect all-round choice.

The Little Orange Box

The Soviet Staple with aggressive cross processing and scratched square film. Its crummy plastic lens leaks in light, exhibiting strong vignetting. The black and white option makes this camera prime for more versatile expression.

Xolaroid 2000

This camera inspires candid snapshots. Blue-green cross processing effects, timeless contrast, and a black and white option come standard with this classic.

Customizable settings

The Pinhole Camera

A do-it-yourself gem and more unpredictable than Schrödinger's cat. This camera exhibits full bleed developing and vignetting through the roof, so be sure to give this cardboard chimera a try.

The FudgeCan

The perfect rig for outdoors; developed on square film that wasn't quite stored... or developed right. But therein lies the charm that'll make your pictures with this beauty memorable and instantly nostalgic.

The Hipsteroku

Use this camera to capture your memories with intense color and a clean image. Images finish with an classic, old style white stock frame.

Customizable settings and easy sharing finish up this user-friendly application for vintage camera lovers.

5.0 out of 5 stars not spyware! great camera app May 22, 2011
this is a fun camera app if you are looking for old camera effects.

for those giving low ratings because of contact and data permissions, do some research. the app needs those permissions so you can use the app to post pics to your social networks and send pictures to friends.

Samsung Galaxy S3. Every camera fails to set up. For $3 on such a high tech gadget, that's not very fair at all.

2.0 out of 5 stars Facebook error May 22, 2011

Fix this error or remove sharing. Why offer if it won't work? So many permissions are silly, too. Useless if you can not share from phone.

I have had the free version for about a year before I upgraded to the paid version. This app takes GORGEOUS pictures. It truly does. They look professional quality on my Droid 2 Global and also on my Droid 2. Keep in mind that both phones only have 5 mp cameras yet the photos look professional.

You can upload photos to many social networking sites from the app itself or you can upload them from your Files folder on your phone. I prefer to upload directly from my files folder because I don't like to leave my sign in info on various apps besides Facebook.

There are several cams to choose from but I almost always use the default camera which is the Barbesol. It's fun to take pics on all the different cams. There is one that looks like a Poloroid and another that looks like a film negatives amongst many other choices.

Another thing is that you can set the camera timing to 5, 10 or 30 seconds so that you can take pics of yourself that looks like someone else took the pic.

All of my best pics and most popular pics are taken on this app. I love the vintage look.

I HIGHLY recommend this camera. Another thing is that I haven't noticed much difference the free and paid app unless I'm missing something. I would say to just get the free app because it works just as well, in my opinion. It takes amazing pics.

I have tried other apps and none come close to comparing to this one. It's awesome. It takes more artsy pictures. For everyday pics, I just the Droid cam my phone came with but for more artsy profiles pics or pics of my girlfriend, I use Retro cam.

A+ from me, easily.
