This book has answered so many questions for me. It's a great read about Geller's power, his experiences, his spirit guide. I really liked the parts of the book all about crystals and meditations. Short it gives you a lot more information than most other books I've read. Thanks for the Inspiration!

Truly one of the most worthwhile expenditures of my life. Reading the Mindpower Kit taught me to think in ways that I had never thought before. The exercises really work, and for their effectiveness they are remarkably simple. Although some of the techniques take practice (the how-to on spoon bending, for example ), most are easy enough for the rank amatuer and all can be mastered after a short time.

Also included in the kit are an orange dot, which improves concentration, a quartz crystal which was personally energized by the author himself, and an audio cassette, on which Uri instructs the listener how to stop smoking,lose weight, and beat stress, among other things. That is not to mention the book itself, in which Uri comments on some of his remarkable personal experiences, and uses them to teach you how to utilize your own mind to help in everyday life.

It changed mine for the better, and I highly recommend it.

Mensa, the High IQ Society of Great Britain recently celebrated its 50th Anniversary. With over 100 events staged in just 5 days, MBM was asked to provide a selection of guest speakers and lecturers. We were delighted to arrange a visit by Uri Geller who dumbfounded society members by the use of his mind powers. In addition to his inimitable spoon bending, he caused compass needles to move, seemingly without reason, and seeds to germinate in the palm of his hand. Just as amazing, spoons and keys continued to bend after he put them down. How did he perform those astonishing feats? In truth, I was looking for a book to help me learn some neat party tricks. Instead I received a pretentious book that should be called "The Emporer's New Brain". If you want to read this book and not pull all your hair out from frustration, drink 10 tequila shots in a row.

The book thows logic and science out the window in favour of ludicrous statements about the possibility of mental abiliteis. Here, save some money as I'll paraphrase the book for you;

"feel the room, sense the power of the room, now lift the couch using your brain".

Uh, thanks for the tip Geller...now go see a doctor.

The trademark of a spiritually motivated man is the desire to help others improve the quality of their lives, by sharing with them his knowledge and secret powers. To read this book and more importantly, to put into practice what it teaches, is to unleash one's potential and so enhance one's mental and physical performance through life. An added bonus is supplied by the latent power in Uri Geller's voice as he includes relaxation, and coaxes the mind to exert its own powers that lead personal control and self-integration. Hold the crystal energized by Uri, and experience a transfer of energies that will increase your dynamism, your powers of concentration and your sense of well being, especially when used in connections with the amazing Orange Dot.

It's difficult to express through words how impressed I was with this book. However, my wife was having a little trouble with irregular heartbeats, and I thought it'd be interesting to try an experiment combining the meditation tape, crystal and the orange meditation circle enclosed within the kit. She tried it, and said that she felt remarkably better. I'm sure other people out there have had unique experiences with it as well, and you have nothing to lose by trying the mindpower techniques Uri discusses. An nicely arranged book & kit.

This little book gives excellent advice on how to improve your life, but it will not turn you into another "psychic". The exercises are mainly tasks in positive thinking followed up by actions. Mostly it seacribes a mental attitude rather than what people refer to as paranormal gifts. Even so, the exercises could be very beneficial if you seriously try them. Includes a wonderfully relaxing cassette.

I bought this book probably a year ago, the only thing this book will help you realize, is you just wasted 20 bucks.

All that Orange dot does is give you a headache. Don't listen to Uri.
