I have tried several similar products, but this has become the one and only for marking issues. We have a multiple cat home and there were a few areas that had been heavily and repeatedly marked. This product works quickly, removes staining and odour and actually discourages marking. We've used it on carpet, upholstery, and clothing - all without staining. Store in a cool dark place - it will actually start growing a weird greenish grey mold if left someplace warm. A must have for any cat owner.

First, props to the vendor, Entirely Pets, who have consistently had the lowest price for this product. Orders always arrive within the indicated delivery dates as well.
Second & regarding the product itself, having a number of cats, including one that has a urinating problem in the house, has shown to me that the product is a mixed blessing, if you will. It clearly removes the smell of cat urine. However, it has a distinct chemical odour of its own, which may linger for days. Between the two I'll take the chemical odour, but it can be a bit strong, especially if your house is closed up. And I do not believe the product removes/breaks down the urine as much or as well as one might hope as any area that has been treated still appears to be of interest to my cats. My best results are obtained by following the directions precisely. I recommend purchasing a wet/dry vac (five-gallon size is a nice compromise between portability and power) to: (1) extract as much urine out of the carpet/area (perhaps wetting with water first if the stain is not very fresh), (2) pour, not spray, Urine Off onto stain area, extending beyond the stain by at least 50%, (3) let sit for five to seven minutes, (4) vacuum up, and (5) repeat. (I do not recommend applying water to the Urine Off to help pull it up from the stain as that seems to leave a light discolouration on lighter coloured carpet) While I cannot state that I believe this product is the perfect solution, I think it is superior to any other product I have tried over the past few years.

The only one I'll ever use again,

I've had an issue with my cat peeing outside of her litter box. I have tried EVERYTHING out there, from store bought treatments, to vet recommendations, to home remedies. This product is the ONLY one that works. I have had a 100% success rate with it. It completely eliminates the urine smell, but also has a pleasant smell itself. Some treatments I have used will get rid of the smell for a few days, but then it always comes back. Urine-off gets rid of it for good. I will never use another product again.

Yes It Absolutely Works But Rinsing Is Essential,

We were dismayed to find that our cat had been peeing on the kids' bounce house in the garage (she stays in the garage at night, with a litter box and nice toasty warm furry cat bed), which was deflated and folded up in a bag. It was unusable; I will spare you the details. I read the reviews, ordered some Urine Off (with doubts, I might add) and when it arrived, thoroughly sprayed the bounce house according to the label, and left it to do its putative magic overnight. That very afternoon, we went to get out our Christmas tree from storage in the closet and discovered that the cat had apparently been shut up in the closet inadvertently on some occasion, and had also peed on the Christmas tree bag, which urine had then leaked into the bag's contents. So now we had challenge #2, a totally stinky Christmas tree. Fortunately there was some solution left so I sprayed the tree with it, in the driveway. Then the next day tossed some buckets of soapy water on it and rinsed with the hose. Same day I hauled the bounce house into the driveway and inflated it, tossed some buckets of soapy water all over it, and rinsed with the hose. Amazingly, the Urine Off worked. Not only did it eliminate the odor, but the rinse water was very yellow in places where it pooled in crevices on the bounce house, so apparently the stuff really did break down the urine so that it could be washed away. I am no longer skeptical. The stuff works. I will say, however, that I believe thorough rinsing is vital to thoroughly eliminate the odor, because the bounce house was still pretty stinky right up until I rinsed it. So there you have it. Bottom line: it's effective but I think you must be able to rinse off the urine components after spraying with the Urine Off. PS I don't recommend using liquid laundry detergent in water on a bounce house. Very BAD idea. But the kids had a ball with the bubbles foaming up from all the tiny little air holes...
