With two dogs and one very bad puppy who can't figure out where to go to the bathroom this stuff is a life saver. It really does what it says, even on old urine spots. After treating the carpet and letting it do it's job I waited 3 weeks and had the carpets cleaned (again). Viola no reactivated urine smell. It's the only product I have ever used that literally takes the smell away. Kind of pricey, but well worth it.

I have tried many other brands and have always been disappointed in the results. I breed Siberian Huskies and all puppies are raised in my home. This product is the best I have used. It really does eliminate the urine odor as well as getting rid of old stains that have been in my carpet (not just from puppies!)I highly recommend this product to anybody with dogs, kids or anybody with a carpet.

We have two yorkies and three devon rex cats AND our son has a new lab puppy. Needless to say, we have had some accidents. This is the only stuff we've ever used that has gotten rid of the stains as well as removing the smell. The application takes a while to do properly, but it is well worth the time. The dogs don't sniff the treated spots over and over like they did with other products.

I have tried Natures Miracle and other enzyme based brands. None of them would remove the odor from my carpet. I soaked the spots with Urine-Off and placed plastic over it for week. After removing the plastic and allowing the carpet to air dry, Urine-Off took out the odor. I have cleaned my carpet serveral time since and the odor has not returned. I highly recommend the product and will be purchasing another gallon.

It works very well at removing urine stain and smell. It's been a house saver. However, it must leave some type of residue or something. Over time, the places where I've used it begin to look dirtier than the rest of the carpet. So make sure to later clean it with regular carpet cleaner.

I have used this since it first came out. Having an incontinent Basenji, I looked and tried every product for this situation I could find. This one really does the job. May take a few applications but I would not be without this as long as I have a dog. Cannot vouch for cats as I do not have any at this time. If you've been discouraged with all other products, try this one. Just make sure you saturate the area and let dry naturally. Great price too!

This product worked perfectly and didn't stain. I thought it was kind of pricey (especially with shipping) so tried a differenct brand from a local store. The stuff I bought locally worked, but stained. So, have to say that this product is worth the price, but look for free shipping.
