You had better be a fan
This is a great book if you are a fan. It provides lots of information that you can't really find anywhere else (i.e. the timeline). this book suffers however when it comes to the game. there is not a great deal of substance to the character development process. Not enough species, skills, occupations or statistical ablities. If you have no knowledge of the comic book...

This is a great book if you are a fan. It provides lots of information that you can't really find anywhere else (i.e. the timeline). this book suffers however when it comes to the game. there is not a great deal of substance to the character development process. Not enough species, skills, occupations or statistical ablities. If you have no knowledge of the comic book Usagi Yojimbo, you should avoid this game. It is not for the serious roleplayer, however, with a little bit of help and a lot imagination this fairly simple game can be a blast.
