Yes you can, but you need an adaptor, i believe this monitor only uses MiniDisplay port.
Common PC monitor uses HDMI, VGA, and DVI connections. Unless you have some of the newer Video Cards that have MiniDisplay port out then, you'll have to buy a seperate adaptor to work.

I just got mine and it is not worth the headaches and frustrations to PC users. The old Cinema Now displays were excellent and it would have been a good idea to continue that line. I have problems with video and need to buy a new video card. I had to buy a Kanex port. It starts to get expensive.

Some newer video cards have a MiniDisplay as an output option but not all are the same so it could work fine in theory but could also not. I would stay away if using a PC however. These displays are beautiful but not really worth the price/potential hassle for use with a PC.
