The author of this book was a dear friend of mine. Her mother published her writings after her death. Emily's writings are amasing, deep, and inspirational. She is truly missed!

5.0 out of 5 stars A beautiful book by a beautiful mind, August 19, 2008
This review is from: I Used to Wear My Hair in Pigtails: Collected Poems and Stories of Emily Marjorie Cella (Paperback)
This is a beautiful book in every way, filled with intelligence, spirit, and wit. Emily Cella was taken away from us at a very young age, but we have her honest, often hilarious, precocious writings. This book goes beyond being a memorial to Emily Cella -- it's a gift to readers.
