Good Overview over ActiveX technology,

This book gives a good introduction into the concepts underlying ActiveX and the use of ActiveX from Centura. The book focusses on Cetnura 1.1, and the lack of Variant classes in the generated interfaces. It was very useful to build a wrapper around OutLook97. However, with the much improved ActiveX Interface from Centura 1.5 half of the is a little bit outdated. The other half ,however, remains to be useful to get a feeling for activeX for Centura Programmers. I hope the author finds the time to rewrite it to cover the most actual Matterhorn/COM topics with the same focus and coverage.
