It has been over 28 days and the book has not arrived. I will soon cancel the order and request a refund. The time period for which the book was needed is almost at an end.

Forget the hype of "free shipping". I ordered this 5 days ago when it said it was avaialble for shipping. It still hasn't shipped. The private seller of my other book shipped the same day.
