If I had know this was a brochure presented at the ASTD (American Society of Training and Development), I wouldn't have paid the price I paid for it. It is certainly not worth it for two reasons: 1) content wise, it says the obvious, nothing more than that; 2) an ASTD brochure like this should not be sold, should be given away, or at the most charged a simbolic price, like $1. This comes from a ASTD Award Winner myself.
