I'd like to use my kindle for guide books while travelling in France and Spain. A few questions. Is it still true that you can not search the Kindle book using keywords as in one of the reviews? Why can't I buy the 2011 Kindle version of LP's guide to France but I can buy the paper version? Lonely Planet have a link from the 2011 version to amazon kindle pages but it goes to an older edition...
Do the kindle versions of the LP books have quick links throughout to other pages referenced? Are the maps easy to read on a kindle? any advice warmly received.

To insert a product link use the format: [[ASIN:ASIN product-title]] (What's this?)
