I use QDA Miner and Wordstat, so this wasn't ideal for that program (though there were a few pages devoted to them in the back). It IS good for gaining a better understanding of what software programs can do for your particular study, and is very helpful at the project development level, especially if you haven't commited to a software package yet.
Also, the book includes a list of resources and links that I really appreciated!

Excellent resource if using qualitative coding software such as Atlas- ti, NVivo, etc. Provides detailed information. A must have for the qualitative researcher.
