The tape is very relaxing for me. It is great to use as background music while meditating or praying. I also love to go to sleep by this music. It is very calming

While Theresa Griffith has not done a CD I don't like (a lot), this could be my favorite. If you are looking for music that ushers in peace, you need to get this CD!
