Ion Battery Purchase
Your AMAZON service was timely and fast.. just like always. The product, a battery for my IBM Think Pad (Laptop) was recieved well packaged and was just what was ordered.. I charged it up, and it is now powering the laptop to send you this message... it is great.. thanks

do not buy
I got a battery for a IBM t41 from this company. It failed to recharge after 3 months. It has a one year warrenty. I called technical support and left my phone message. No reponse. I called sales department and left my phone number and said I wanted information about a laptop battery. I got a response in 5 minutes. I told the representive about the defective battery. She...

do not buy,

I got a battery for a IBM t41 from this company. It failed to recharge after 3 months. It has a one year warrenty. I called technical support and left my phone message. No reponse. I called sales department and left my phone number and said I wanted information about a laptop battery. I got a response in 5 minutes. I told the representive about the defective battery. She said she would send me an email with information to send back the batery and send me a new one. No email. I have called three times and no response. I would recommend you do not do business with them because it seems that if something goes wrong ---- tough luck.
