These shoes are just lovely! I got them in brown suede. I know I have worn my brown cords or brown suede skirt more often this fall -- just so I'd have an excuse to get these out. They look great and are super comfy!!

I wore them to work the Monday before Thanksgiving. I work at a large university and walkin 3 blocks from the bus stop.... I was all over the building during the day, and have the same 3-4 block hike to catch the bus home. That night, straight from work, I went to the Mall. I got my hair cut and shopped until 10PM for Christmas gifts. My feet were fine. I did not have in extra insoles or cushy pads on the ball of my foot as I usually do with dress shoes. I went back to the car in the parking lot twice to drop off packages too.

The shoes look great also. The metal chain across the top is substantial. The kiltie is cut well and with precision. The heel is about 1/2" -- high enough to be seen and be comfortable too. (Pancake-flat ballet slippers actually hurt my feet.) These seem to be well made. I have worn them at least once a week since August and they still look and wear as new.

The brown suede is way sexy too!! It is just the right shade of medium dark chocolate.

I have another pair of Vaneli flats Vaneli Women's Danice Ballet Flat. They are two-tone spectator-toed. They are comfortable and well-fitting also (both ran true to size for me, a 10M). But the soft suede just put these over the top.
