After buying the wide calf version of this boot and having to return it, I was thrilled to grab the regular calf version in my size after it had been out of stock. I have been wearing these at work all day today and they are very comfy (and I'm on my feet a lot!). I would say that the calf on these is a little wider than most "regular" boots, as they fit me well and I would say I have an "athletic" calf (bigger than average, but not huge!). AKA not for chicken legs. :)

I got these boots in black, size 7W. The sizing was true, though I'm realizing I may need to get double wides, but that is no fault of these shoes. These shoes are very comfortable so far right out of the box; time will tell if they are comfortable for extended periods of time, which is the real test and will earn it that 5-star rating. The heel is very stable and I feel very balanced when walking in them, not like I'm wearing a high heel at all. The shaft is very tall, goes right up to my knees, and is more snug than I expected, but it has elastic goring at the top for a custom fit. They arrived a little dirty with white marks on them, but that came off with a little quick brush. Overall, I'm pretty happy with them, especially since I got them at a very deep discount.

I am disappointed that these were too wide at the top. They fit well around the foot and were attractive but gapped a great deal at the top (and I don't have particularly skinny legs) so I will be returning them.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS. PERFECT FIT, GORGEOUS SUEDE. I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER PAIR IN THE BROWN.

These boots fit perfectly and are very comfortable to walk in. The style and appearance was flawless.
The sizing was completely accurate which is important when ordering by mail not having the opportunity to try them on first.

I purchased this boot in black and brown. I love the look of the boot and the cut, but I will have to admit it's not the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. I have a long, narrow foot and in a medium width, this boot felt very narrow. It is extremely versatile...goes from a casual to dressy look without any problem. And you can't beat the price!

I really love these boots, but they are hard on the feet! Not a good choice if you're going to have to be on your feet for any length of time. I bought a gel insert and that helped quite a bit, but it keeps slipping, so I'm going to have to come up with another solution or else sit quite a bit;). The calf just fits - my calves are 14.5 inches. If your calves are larger than that, these are not the boots for you.
