The front of the show is to narrow.....I sent them back and still after two months have not got a return on this item

This pair of shoes looked nice. However, since the strips are thin, the elastic band that connects to the buckle was secured by only a few stitches, therefore give out easily. In addition, after wearing for only a couple of days, some of the thin strips around ankle area are about to give out.

These shoes are great! They are a beautiful "true" red color and are very comfortable. They give you you height without being unwearable :) I bought a size 7 and it was true to size. At $40 a pair you can't go wrong! I would highly recommend this shoe.

i liked these shoes b/c of their color and their heel height. very comfortable for me to walk around in for a good while.

My wife asked me to let her review this shoe. (She bought it and she wears it, but amazon.com apparently only recognizes one reviewer per household.) Anyway, here goes, from my wife Kathy: "The platform is great, and gives me the height I want without throwing too much weight forward from the ball of the foot. I just wish the top of the shoe was as good. Thin straps, and the odd way the strap at the back attaches to the rest of the shoe made it more difficult to fit the right size shoes to my feet comfortably."

"I normally wear an 8 1/2 W. On rare occasions I can wear an 8 W. Sometimes I can wear a 9 Regular, but if there's no 'give' in the material, I might even need a 9 W, and accept a little more 'shoe' left at the heel, if there's a buckled strap. Since the shoes were on sale, and not all colors were available, I ordered an 8 1/2 W, 9 Regular width, and a 9 W. Much to my surprise, my right foot slipped well past the end of the shoe when I tried the 8 1/2W, and a bit farther than I liked on the left shoe. The 9 W was way too big. The regular 9 fit just fine, as though it had been an 8 1/2 W. No excess shoe left at either end! Weird."

"My only reservation is that I probably won't be able to wear this all day. The thin straps have no give, and my feet sometimes swell. (I'm way over the '13' you need to be in order to review products -- by about 45 years.) I just wish someone would take this exact same platform shape and height, and change the straps to something a bit wider and more stretchy, or even make a peep-toe sling back. I'd probably buy it in every color they offered. Hint, hint!)"
