Well, first of all I felt it was too simple to be effective. Boy was I wrong. As Mr. Segnit stated, the treatment to problems are and should be simple.

Anyway I had performance anxiety issues. I could speak in public, that wasn't the problem. I just couldn't speak in public when I was, (and knew I was) the person that I felt everyone depended on to deliver a solid speaking performance, including the success or failure of a project. I would explain it as doing what I would and could do on a regular basis at clutch time, or at least in my mind when it was critical.

A friend bought this for me because I have a phobia of spiders that was stopping me from going on holiday to all sorts of places that I've always dreamt of visiting and I'm so glad she did. She told me that I'd have to take it quite seriously and not just listen to it in the car or in the kitchen and I think that was good advice. This programme has worked for me because it guided me through the changes I needed to make - It seems to take your problem seriously and I needed that. I'm going to Australia this year!!

Got these....so well advertised. Save your money!! Buy Overcoming Anxiety by Reneau Peurifoy and Freedom From Fear by Howard Liebgold..will do you SO much better. I'm working on my MA in psych. These tapes were a total disappointment and very expensive. Samantha.
