VAXA Attend Strategy Pac - Attend 60 Capsules, Memorin+ 60 Capsules, Extress 60 Capsules

I am seeing results with this product after one week. It is as if it woke something up in my son. My son has ADHD. However, after reading several books on ADHD, I would not classify my son as severely ADHD. He is hyper, impulsive and has a hard time reading social cues from other children. He is a very out going child but has a hard time with boundaries, being impulsive and personal space with other children.

He is also very sensitive to crowded enviornments and taking him some place like this is usually very stressful. I have been giving this to my son for a week and brought him to a very crowded school Halloween party this week. He stayed right by my side which is something he has never done before. Normally I would be chasing him all over the place. He did not become hyper and he was not really interested in eating the candy. I was shocked. He also has been doing very well in school the past week. He has not been fighting me when it comes to doing homework either. I accidently ordered this twice so today I started taking the 3 pill combo also. I will report back on how I feel as I also have some ADHD qualities.

I give my son these 3 pills in the morning. He can swallow them so it is not a problem. When he wakes up in the morning I also give him Gaba Calm right when he wakes up. The about 30 mins later with breakfast give him these 3 pills and 1000mg of Omega Fish Oils. When he comes home from school he takes a 2nd dose of the 3 pill combo and a multi vitamin. Prior to starting this my son also elimiated all food dyes from his diet and we basically eat as much organic and "natural" foods as we can. We stay away from all food dyes, preservatives and hormones in foods.

Feb 12, 2009: Editing my comment to add that we are still seeing good results from the Attend Strategy Pac. However, I now only give him one dose of these pills in the morning. Previously, I was going this 2 times per day. Once in the morning before school is all he needs. I also stopped giving the Gaba Calm (which someone else here reccomened. Gaba calm works really well if your child has tics from ADHD med they may have taken or Tourette's syndrome. I added liquid Magnessium (6xbody weight= mg dosage) for its calming affects and increased the fish oils. We order the liquid fish oils from Dr. Sears/Zone labs. My son takes 2 TBs per day. Yes, I said tablespoons! He is having fabulous results from this combination. His being impulsive has decreased dramtically, he can concentrate in school and his teacher is letting me know he has more good days than bad ones. He also is not as hyper. Additionally he has shown better control in the classroom when the other children are all excited and running around. He had a valentines party in school the other day. The other children were running around passing out cards and my child sat quitely at his desk reading them. Ignoring the other children for the most party. Normally, he would of been running around adding to the chaos and bouncing off the walls.

I not longer give my son these. They served their purpose and they did work. I however started to fine tune what I felt was working for him and giving him only those suppliments. They were all in these Vaxa blends. I increased the dosages of only those things and my son is doing so well! He show very little ADHD symptoms. He currently is only taking Fish Oils (2T or 4 large pills), Evening Primrose Oils(4), Vit B(1), HTPP5(1) Zinc, Magnesium and PS. These really are a great way to get started and they do work!

Wow, we started giving our son the strategy pack about 3 weeks ago. After about 2 weeks we began noticing a significant difference in his behavior. He had been taking prescription medication for his ADHD for a few months, with very minimal effect. He is 6 years old and in kindergarten. His behavior in school and at home has improved so much compared to the prescription meds. We are so happy and excited to see if he continues to mellow out even more as time goes on.

Our son is unable to swallow the capsules because of the size and his young age, so we break open the caps and pour the contents into flavored yogurt to mask the strong smell/taste. He is currently taking one capsule of each (Attend, Memorin & Extress) with breakfast and again with lunch. One great thing about these natural alternatives is his personality isn't affected like it is with the prescriptions.

I would recommend trying this combination of products.

We bought this for our son. For 6 years he struggled with ADD, Anxiety and Seasonal Depression and daily headaches. An herbalist recommended this product and talked with us about how much to give our son, who is 9.
The difference is night and day. He can do homework without difficulties and it doesn't take all night and no crying is involved. Amazing. He is able to make friends. He isn't scared at school and volunteers and raises his hand now. He tells me that he doesn't feel scared anymore and he doesn't feel that sadness. He feels good. He actually likes going to school which HAS NEVER happened before.
This is an expensive product. Costs us about 100 a month and not covered by insurance. He takes two of each every morning now as maintenance. Also at the same time that we started this...he also stopped eating foods with artificial food color, aspartame and msg. His headaches have stopped too. He was just dismissed from counseling and any TSS (therapeutic support) was postponed because there is no need.

The change has been phenomenal. We are VERY happy with this product.
The only cons are the price and the pills are rather large.

I've seen very little improvement since I began using this product. I wouldn't recommend it. In comparrison to perscription meds, this doesn't really seem to do much to improve my abilities to be more attentive or remember things, which the "Extress" also doesn't seem to do much to help with either. Unless I change my mind and decide to order it one last time, this one didn't seem to do much to help me.

My son has been taking this for about a month now. We are a family that believes strongly in Homeopathy. We have seen and felt the results of using it in the past with great results so when I saw this in the natural food store, I really wanted to give it a go. My son is 8 years old and has been diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety Disorder. He has been on Focalin and most recently Strattera. We didn't notice much of a difference between the Focalin and the Straterra. What the straterra did for him was reduce his anxiety drastically. The strategy pack has been just as effective as the Strattera and the Focalin without the "zombie" effect. However, it hasn't helped with his anxiety. As a result we will have to find something else to assist with his anxiety issues because they can be quite debilitating for him. We will continue to use this product. What I like about it, is it's supposed to help build/repair the pathways so the neurons fire correctly and follow the correct pathway instead of misfiring. Some people may believe this hokey, but it beats the heck out of feeding your child a medication that is created in a laboratory and has questionable and possibly harmful long lasting effects. Good luck to all who are dealing with similiar situations.

If you are into natural alternatives to prescription drugs, especially for ADHD management, this pac is a good one to try. My kids benefited from it greatly. Everyone's natural body chemistry is different, so various substances, whether natural or lab created, affect each person differently. This does help manage my 10 & 9 year olds' ADHD symptoms along with a diet consisting of 80% organic foods for school lunches or when focus or confinement (such as in a long car trip or 2 hr church meetings) is required. They were not zombies and still had great appetites and displayed each of their own unique personality. It is worth a try I say.

My 7 year old daughter has been on the Pac for 3 weeks now. She is doing much better in school, has more patience for homework and has been much more organized. She is maintaining her chores with a positive attitude and actually folding her clothes to keep her closet floor picked up. This is huge progress at our house. It's not a complete miracle since we still have things to work on with her ADHD but I have high hopes for her (our) future! The only down side is she has 6 more pills to take each day and she really hates this.

Over the years I tried several pharmaceutical products, many neutraceuticals, herbal supplements, and other homeopathic remedies to address my attention deficit and PTSD. The pharmaceuticals were worse than my symptoms; I stopped taking them after a few days. SAME worked for a while, but I got gastrointestinal distress after a month, and could no longer take it. It was also making me a little manic. Rhodeola first thing in the morning helped for a while as well, but it made me manic after a few months, and interfered with my sleep. I had to stop taking it. I have tried the Vaxa products singly and in combinations of 2, but did not find them nearly as effective as the three products together in the Attend Strategy Pack. I take 3 capsules first thing in the morning and I'm good for all day. I have been sleeping better since I started taking them. I used to have to take a prescription sleep aid sporadically 1-2 nights per week, sometimes 3 nights in a row. Now I'm down to maybe once a month or so, mostly when I have caffeine too late in the day, or several days running of insufficient exercise. There is concrete evidence of its effectiveness. My house has gotten cleaner and more organized, I'm more on top of my work. I have noticed an improvement of my working memory. I don't feel exhausted by the sheer effort of staying on top of everything I have to do. I recommend it highly, it has changed my life.

My son is 15 and had been on Strattera for a year with great success we thought...until he decided to divulge some unwanted side effects. I was leery of trying any other prescription med, but wasn't very confident that something natural would work since we had tried some supplements that failed to help before ever putting him on Strattera. I must say I've been pleasantly surprised at the effects of the strategy pack. He's been taking them for almost two weeks now and he's been staying on task in school for the most part. I've noticed in the last few days that he is not bouncing off the walls like he was during the break between Strattera and the strategy pack. I think this is going to be a good thing. The only negative I've seen thus far is that he is not getting as complete a night's sleep as he was on the Strat...we'll see if that changes as well. I am going to buy again.

November 2011 Update: My son is continuing to take the VAXA Strategy pack with the same success as in the beginning. He is also sleeping fine now. We do add fish oil, but really don't see any difference when he forgets to take it. However, since it is good health-wise, we will continue to include it. I've also recently added Professional Solutions Adrenal Support 60 lvcaps to the mix. He seems to be more relaxed, pleasant and focused. (Note: He also has Asperger's and an anxiety disorder)
