good product, bad service
I bought this as a gift. It was from Ace Hardware. I did not have any luck getting a response from their customer service, and also had to go through Amazon customer service. When I did a negative review about their poor service, both myself and the recipient received abrasive and combative calls from them to change the review. I changed the review only to prevent any...

Forget about it.
You'll never get parts for it. Anywhere. The bulb has a relatively short life, replacing it is difficult (as I have discovered). Managed to get the old one out, but nobody stocks replacements. How useful is that?

I bought this as a gift. It was from Ace Hardware. I did not have any luck getting a response from their customer service, and also had to go through Amazon customer service. When I did a negative review about their poor service, both myself and the recipient received abrasive and combative calls from them to change the review. I changed the review only to prevent any more of this type of call from them. The caller was going to do a follow up with me if I changed the review, but this did not happen. Now I am unable to re-post the review.
The spotlight is great, but Ace Hardware was not.
