I got this book just before going over to live in France. I found it to be very helpful, with lots of options and i particularly liked that they included the metro stops and times the places were open. I did find it to be a little incomplete or misleading at times. Plus there were several restaurants that I came across on the street that were not in the book. A good guide but don't let it stop you from exploring other places that may have small veggie menus but not be totally veg.
