I truly don't understand where the previous poster said that this isn't worth the money, to me, it appears it is worth the money, the design is very good and it feels quite sturdy unlike other jackets. This makes me feel confident that if I hit the pavement at 60, at least it will protect me. The protection is okay, it's more for city riding rather than track or anything similar. I use it in a 250 Ninja but I wouldn't take it on my 650.
As previously stated, this thing stinks before you even open the box, it smells like butter was brushed all over the jacket. I am sure with time and with air the smell will go away but it doesn't bother me that much.
Also, its made for big guys, this is not something that will fit you if you a slim guy or regular guy who doesn't buff up. I had to get the sleeves tailored because I looked like a moron or a fake terminator with this. Adios $50 on tailoring!
And lasty, this thing is HEAVY, the old woman who tailored it for me could barely carry it around, I think it alone weights at least 7 pounds, and for a few days your back will feel the pain! I think for city riding this thing is slightly way too heavy.
My trust columbia jacket will do for now, and I will use this when heading on long trips.

It is a lightweight leather jacket, a bit light for the track, (also, no pants connection) but is fine for street riding. It comes with some soft armor, same pocket system as my Joe R***** gear.
The jacket is a bit wide tho, it seems to be made for hefty individuals. If you are trim or fit you may want to go down a size.
As far as delivery, it was great. Jackets4bikes sent the order out in one day, the jacket was delivered a couple days before the estimate.

only complaint is that 42 is the smallest size available, im a 38 and it fits pretty good just a bit big. gonna have to do some growing i guess.

I'm a pretty big guy but I would need to be a massive bodybuilder to fill the arms on this jacket. The arms are far too wide and too long. The body fits just fine.
I had to get it altered. Otherwise it's stiff and fairly uncomfortable but hopefully will loosen and still be a safe and warm jacket.

This jacket fits well, has elbow,shoulder, and spine protection. The jacket seems to be have been made for female, though I saw no designation at the site for it to be male/female. Nor unisex. The zipper is made for a female rider, not a bad thing, just takes getting used to.

Great jacket for the price. looks great, great construction. easily removable protection pads. only complaint (and this doesn't happen when wearing gloves) but if you just wear the jacket around without gloves, the way the plastic is cut for the zippers down the forearm, the plastic scratches wrists and palms a little bit on the corners. I will probably just file smooth though. great jacket for the price though.

Great jacket at a great price!
I helped my little sis by this jacket for my dad for Christmas. It arrived in time for him to open it on Christmas day and he loved it!
