I have not yet installed the system, so I can't report on its performance. The kit was very complete, and the components look robust and well-made. The wire supplied is only 12ga for a 20-foot run, and my preference is for a heavier gauge for that level of current, so I may replace the 12 with 10.The thing I'm most dissatisfied with is the tank. Although it looks great on the outside at first glance, there are some serious deficiencies. First, it's not painted on the inside, just raw iron, and already starting to rust. Second, the ports are placed so that you can only mount the tank in a horizontal position. The ports on the rounded ends (2) are offset from center, and if you mount the tank vertically, there will be a small puddle of condensate that cannot be drained due to the offset position of the ports. This will result in heavy rusting at that area and premature failure of the tank. As a consequence of needing to mount the tank vertically in my application, I decided to buy a different tank with inside paint and a centered drain port. So my final system is costing me $70 more than I thought -- in retrospect, I may have bought things piece-meal instead of as a kit if I'd known about the tank.

Installation was not easy and had to purchase extra hardware for my Jeep but well worth the effort. Takes time to fill up the 35" tires but works well when you are out and about. I am going to figure out how to add a second compressor so that I can fill up faster but nice that it keeps the air pressure up and readily available!
