I was skeptical to try another back product but true back has helped to releive my back pain. When i use the product i get a better nights sleep drug free.

This is a very good product. It's durable and it'll pay for itself in saved chiropractic bills. It won't necessarily eliminate the chiropractor, but it greatly reduced the frequency of my visits. My back problem is in the lowest portion of the spine. A further aid in stretching the back muscles is to prop the lower portion of your legs (feet & calfs) on a chair while lying on the true back - you form a "Z" shape. This added stretching made a benifical difference for me.

I have had various back episodes were I could hardley move. I have tried my friends inversion table and got results and that prompted me to try the less expensive True Back.The used one for $44.95 was like new. Use a towell ontop if uncomfortable and take it slow at first. I noticed an improvement the first time I used it and had a similiar sretched feeling that I had from the inversion table. The greatest benifit has come as I have allowed my faith in Gods promises that by His stripes you were healed. Combine this with moving on the TrueBack has helped the most. Combine all this with placing the device on a vibrating bed and raising the feet helps do extra stretching in ways I couldnt do before as they often tell you to move in a way you could not, in faith with thanksgiving that you were already healed. I also use while traveling a vibrating back pad under the TrueBack that relaxes the muscles. I am learning how the 4th demensions is accessed and you can appoint the electicty in the vibrations to be in direct link to Gods promises allowing a point of contact like touching the hem of Jesus garment.
