Kit includes four popular accessories designed exclusively for your Victorio model 250 food strainer so you can process all kinds of fruits and vegetables with ease. Kit includes: berry screen (fine), pumpkin screen (coarse), salsa screen (extra coarse) and grape spiral. All screens are stainless steel.
When I purchased my Victorio Food Strainer a year ago, I decided not to get this accessory kit right away, but to wait and see how much I liked my original product. Needless to say, I love it. When I got a large amount of blackberries several weeks ago, I knew the berry screen would be a must. It works every bit as well as I had hoped. I also got a few pie pumpkins and the pumpkin screen was excellent as well.
These products are definitely 5 star.
The only room for improvement is that I wish Victorio would offer a cleaning brush as part of this accessory kit. While washing carefully by hand without the aid of a brush is fairly easy for the applesauce screen that comes with the original kit, a brush is most definitely necessary for the berry screen.

This makes salsa prep SO much easier. Makes nice small tomato chunks that make a smooth consistency salsa. However, I did find the harder veggies like peppers are best chopped by hand, or my favorite, the food processor. If you have a Victorio Strainer, don't forget this, too.

The grape spiral makes this kit worth it's weight if you any volume of grapes to process at all. It does not clog and makes very short work of grapes for juice, wine, or jelly.
The additional screens work very well too and each one comes with a seal in addition to the seal that's included with the food mill package. This kit works exactly as advertised and I'm extremely happy with it. Five stars all the way.

I put up a lot of blackberry jelly each year. This year I tried the Victorio Food Strainer with the berry screen included in this kit. It did a fine job of removing all of the seeds and most of the pulp. The collected juice was passed through a jelly bag and the final product came out sparkling clear.

Needed the berry screen to process our muscadine grapes to make homemade wine. Worked pretty good with my wife and I working together. Took about an hour to do 1/2 bushel of grapes. Better than the old way of crushing them. Thanks Amazon for having this product available.

I ordered these accessories along with my Food Strainer. I love them. One of them has small enough holes so I can actually put my strawberries through it and remove the seeds for seedless strawberry jam. It also works great for blackberry,raspberry jams etc. A lot easier then using a hand mill. I would recommend.

I've only used the berry screen so far. When you use this screen be prepared for a long time cranking. It does a great job of removing the seeds, but takes a long time.

I bought the entire system; machine, kit, and motor. It was a big waste of money and time. The job this had to do was to process grapes; hence, the need for the kit. The grapes were off the vine (separated individually) and very ripe. It does not work! Period. The first time through, I only got a little juice and most of the good stuff was spit out on the waste end. The manual suggests running the stuff back through a second time. Forget it! It will not work on a second pass. The spiral jams and stops sucking in any more. You have to disassemble the device, clean it all out and then start again... only to have it jam almost immediately. What a mess and what a pain! It never finished the job. This system is entirely too light duty. Anyone that wants to seriously use a kitchen device like this should shop around for a heavy duty one. The price should have given me just that, but it didn't.
