This Steamer Chair Chaise Lounge features a contoured seat and curved, multi-position back for your lounging comfort. Made from FSC Eucalyptuswhich is durable in all weather conditions. It easily folds away for convenient storage or transport. Our eucalyptus wood products are made of solid "Eucalyptus Grandis" hardwood, grown in 100-percent well managed forests in Brazil, certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). Eucalyptus Grandis, entirely different from the eucalyptus tree in the U.S., is as strong and as durable as the well-known Teak. On average, it is even from 10 to 20 percent more dense than Teak. With its density, straight grain, smooth finish, and honey color with subtle rose highlights, Eucalyptus Grandis is a first-rate choice for outdoor wood products. I ordered a chair with a multi-positioned back that went from nearly upright to flat. The company has sent me a chair that has one position. I re-ordered the multi-positioned with the intent of sending the single position chair back. Instead, the company has , without my request , sent me two more on the single position chair. My lvg. room is filled up with their boxes. Now I need to send back three chairs. I am distressed that they have sent me items I did not order. Not only did this order get messed up, by I received notice today , Aug. 23, of an order for another pad and I had red'd the one I ordered and I rec'd notice of two other items that were being shipped after I had already rec'd the items. I was able to cancel two of the other wrong orders, but I find it very hard to straighten out this incorrect chair order because the site says no cancellations, the order is being shipped. That will be the fourth time I will receive the wrong chair. Please help.

You must have cushions to sit in this chair comfortably (otherwise it's a little miserable), but with them, it is awesome! I love the design--I'm a woman of about 5'3" and it fits my body well. I'm not sure how it would fit a 6'tall guy, but it's great for me. It allows you to adjust the reclining positioning (seems like there are three adjustable positions for the back) and you can leave the foot rest up or put it down or remove it from the chair altogether. It has a good heft to it and it doesn't feel flimsy at all. It is well made, but I scored it only 4 stars because I think the finish won't last well. I ordered the chair in July and got about 3 months use out of it before I had to pack it away for the winter. I think I'll need to do some finish maintenance sooner than later to keep it in good shape. I'm not disappointed that I purchased it though. I think I'll have many more summers of enjoyment in it.

Ordered 2 of these, just as described. Needs cushions though, alittle hard on the butt after awhile.
