Editorial Reviews

From the Actor

Many productions have been made focusing on the types of wine, or where they are bottled. VINO, WINE AND WINEMAKING is unique in that is shows step-by-step how wine is made, and how the industry blossomed in California.

VINO began as a personal interest of mine. Expanding on this winemaking hobby, I researched, developed and wrote a script that shares with viewers the total wine experience.

We had the fortune to interview some of the biggest names in California wine history, including Robert Mondavi. We also were priviliged to tour the hallowed halls of UC Davis where future winemakers are trained. This, combined with beautiful footage of Napa Valley, makes VINO a comprehensive primer for those interested in learning every step of the wine process. I hope you enjoy the program.

-Daniel Gaucher (Producer)
