While it took about one month to get used to this pillow, I am now loving it! I have not had neck pain as I did most nights and for the first time in years have actually had many nights that I sleep the entire night which is very rare for me. I am soooo glad that I purchased this. I love it.

This pillow is sooo uncomfortable, but I cannot complain because I have hardly had a single neck issue since I started sleeping on it! After my car accident, I would get such terrible migraines - not anymore! Definitely worth it, it may be tough to get to sleep (hard as a rock) but once you wake up, you'll totally appreciate it.

The memory foam pillow exceeded my expectations and has allowed me to get a very comfortable sleep. I highly recommend this product for anyone having trouble sleeping or waking up with a headache.

I purchased this pillow for my mom. I am very sorry but it sells very bad. I already returned it.

I found this pillow to be too hard. I should have bought the Tempurpedic pillow instead. I have some family members who use the Tempurpedic pillow and it really helped them. I got the Vitalfoam pillow hoping for similar results. Instead I had more sleeping issues including increased neck pain and headaches. Since I tried to use the pillow, the company will not honor its 30-day money-back guarantee and allow me to return it. This doesn't make much sense since how else would I know if the pillow would work? Their guarantee isn't really worth very much and now I have a useless piece of foam. I don't recommend this pillow.

This pillow is alright, a bit harder than Tempurpedic even though it is lighter than a similar sized Tempurpedic pillow. To me that is ok as I find Tempur pillows to be rather soft, their mattresses are the best. The main problem with this pillow is that is too narrow (12") and does not have the the feel of a real memory foam. Feels like an imitation.
