This VIZIO HDTV includes the VIZIO Internet Apps feature (VIA), and it comes pre-loaded with Amazon Instant Video, Flickr, Netflix, Rhapsody, Twitter, VUDU and Yahoo TV Widgets, ready to launch on-screen at the touch of a single button on the premium Bluetooth universal remote control. This is an excellent TV. I got it on eBay for $475.00, the setup was very easy and it connected to the Internet without any problems. The only application that wouldn't work was Pandora. A live chat with technical support wasn't any help. They wanted me to clear the entire memory. But I knew that all of the other Internet applications were working just fine and that it wasn't a problem with the Internet connection. Pandora would load all of my radio stations and then it would just freeze up. The little loading circle in the top right-hand corner would just keep going around and around. I started doing an Internet search and found the solution. I will share it with you in a moment. I really feel that Vizio Tech support should know how to fix this problem, after all people have been complaining about this for more than seven months now. So if Pandora doesn't work here is the simple solution that I found on a Facebook thread. God bless the person who figured this out.From the HDTV settings widget; 1. Go to "Network" 2. Manual setup 3. DHCP - Off This fixed Pandora on my set as well as many people on Facebook who also have a wireless connection. However, those with an Ethernet connection may not find that this solution works, but it might be worth a try. I would like to see a widget for an Internet browser. This seems like the only thing that is missing from this fabulous WiFi TV. Netflix does work on this television. You need to have a subscription to Netflix. To set it up go to the Netflix widget on your TV and get the code. Then log on to your computer and find the TV set up on Netflix's webpage (this took a little searching to find but it is there). Enter the code on the webpage and wait a few minutes. You will be able to watch all of the instant downloads after that. This television has a 120 Hz refresh rate which is much better than most TVs in the same class. You get a lot for your money with this model. I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family with confidence.

This is my wife's Amazon account but I too do a lot of ordering. (I also get to pay for it!) We had decided to make the plunge to Flat screen so I spent several months looking for the perfect set. If you are reading this you already know you can spend as much as your budget will allow. She requested we keep the size small enough to fit in our entertainment center so 32 inch it had to be.For a 32 inch LCD/LED I think Vizio has done quite well. The HD picture is dramatic. DVD's are almost like we've never seen them before with such incredible detail. The sound, at least for us, is just fine. Being in the entertainment center may help, but it has been more than adequate. Use the audio adjustments to increase or reduce lows, mids and highs. I am not a fan of the included apps but not against them either. We did watch "The Kings Speech" with our $5.99 credit from VUDU and the picture was astounding. I guess I'm glad we have them but certainly not a deal breaker. I would have preferred a blue ray player with apps. PROS: Picture clarity, size, optional picture adjustments CONS: Learning curve for the remote. Takes a little extra time. Would I buy again or recommend? Absolutely! Amazon price of $498 plus free 2 day shipping (took 3 days, I complained, got a $10 credit), unbeatable!! If problems develop I'll update later. REMEMBER to order at least 2 or 3 HDMI cables to get the best picture from your satellite dish receiver, cable box, DVD player or whatever device you own that has an HDMI output. Again Amazon's price will beat just about anyone and if you have a PRIME membership free 2 day shipping saves a bundle. UPDATE: 9/22/11 Quit after only 4 months, Sunday September 18th. Called Vizio and was told it would it would be a week from Monday before they got someone from ITI out. The tech called this Tuesday (20th) saying he's actually be able to fix it Thursday AM. So he calls today saying he got into it with his supervisor and he quit ITI, the third party service provider Vizio has decided to use. I call Vizio customer service (?) am placed on hold why the lady attempts to contact her superior to arrive at a solution. Now I'm told that a week is their normal wait time but she will have to call me when they have another Tech set up. My love has turned to hate. DO NOT BUY VIZIO. I thought that it being under warranty Vizio would get to it in two maybe three days. I have serious buyers remorse! Samsung, Panasonic, Sony all major players. My inlaws have a 32 inch panasonic LCD they had for 7 or 8 years with no problems, no service calls. Unless Amazon can help me somehow I am stuck with a TV that even if it is repaired I don't want. I just pray it doesn't break down again, that is provided they can fix it. **UPDATE: 10/8/11 Service tech came out Friday September 23rd, replaced circuit board panel. All issues resolved. So far the TV is working like new. Will continue to provide updates. Bumped it up one star for service response. ***UPDATE: 10/17/11 TV went out last night. Turns itself off. So pissed! I will call tomorrow and see what they say this time. Back to 1 star.

My Sony Wega expired a couple weeks ago, so when it came time to browse for my new television I searched for the lastest in tv tech. LED-LCD was the response I was always given from sales reps and friends. After having been witness to (and/or previously owned) Sony SXRD, Sony LCD, Samsung DLP and Samsung Plasma televisions I agree that LED-LCD offers the best PQ I've ever seen. The only concern is cost. That's part of what made this product appealing.Even though Vizio's product is at the bottom of the price spectrum, don't confuse low-cost with low-quality, this television is quite excellent. The initial startup setup is quick and easy. The wireless connectivity works very well as I've been able to use Netflix instant streaming with no complications and far stronger ping connection than streaming via an Xbox360. There are about forty various other widgets available: Pandora, Rapsody, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo! Fantasy Football, etc. So if you love to be "connected" this television will be right up your alley. I am more than satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend this product.
