Transformer Purchase Guide:
Remember to leave at least a 60%-70% slack for the transformer. For the TVs, the power surge margin is 5 times the wattage of the TV. Heating appliances, laser printers and power tools spike when you turn them on. For these products you need to buy a transformer that is at least 3 times the items capacity.

We use it when we travel abroad, primarily for a nebulizer that our kids need at times. It has served this purpose well. It does not overhead.Downsides: It is heavy, but that is probably inevitable for a 300W transformer. The housing feels a bit flimsy.

The adapter came broken.
I assume it is due to shipping and quality of the product. But after some soldering and electrical tape application it became operable. After 9 months still works great.
